and responsibilities of a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst
and Project Manager and the importance of these roles in project
success. Familiarize project sponsors and managers of BAs, BSA's
and PM's with the skills, characteristics, expectations and support
that make individuals in these roles successful.
